The Order Blocking tool allows you to prevent users (based on either IP address or email address) from placing order. Use Order Blocking to block suspected fraud or from those you do not wish to do business with.
To add a block, click the + Add Block button. Provide the email address and optionally the IP of the user you do not wish to accept orders from. You can use the Block Message to communicate to the (non)buyer why you will not accept their order when they attempt to checkout. Also included is a Block Reason field that only you, the seller, can see.
You can edit blocked buyers by clicking the Action menu next to the appropriate blocked user on the list, then select Edit or Delete. If you need to delete many blocked users at one time, then check the checkbox to the left of each record, then click the Mass Delete button.
