Recover Order

This page is presented after selecting Recover from Abandoned Cart item's Action Menu.

Abandoned Cart

Displays details of the current cart/order that was never completed.

Previous Orders

Displays the previous orders of this customer. This is helpful when comparing what is in the abandoned cart with what they ordered before. Just in case they already purchased the same item or not. Items in red signify that an item in the abandoned cart was purchased already.

Recover Email

Here you will have Subject, Reply-To Address and Message all generated based on your Recover Settings. From here you can add more details to the message or change the values altogether. When you are satisfied, simply click the Email Customer button in bottom right corner.

Discount Generator

The Discount Generator feature can be triggered by clicking the Generate Discount button in the bottom right corner. This feature gives you the ability to create a one time , self destructing coupon code that your customer can use on the order. This is a great way to encourage the customer to finish the checkout process and recover the order.

The following discount options are available:

• Discount Code - Text used to trigger the discount at checkout.
• Discount Type - Fixed or Percentage, the method used to calculate the amount.
• Discount Amount - Amount to be deducted from order based on the Discount Type.
• Expire In - The amount of time the discount will remain valid until it expires.
